But first, get some help. Macmillan's internal resources are utterly useless and completely ineffective. HR's primary purpose is to cover up allegations of bullying and discrimination. They will try to blame you before they look into any allegations. Get help from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Look into taking action against your bully under the Protection from harassment act. If you feel physically threatened, contact the police as soon as you can.
